Order Aluminum Labels
We at Inland Products manufacture highly durable, quality, long-lasting, adhesive-backed aluminum labels. There are no limitations to what we can print on these custom metal labels including:
- Variable Information
- Consecutive Numbering
- Detailed Logos and Graphics
- Barcodes and QR Codes
- Full-Color Capability
You just peel the protective backing off the 0.020″ thick semi-rigid anodized aluminum label to expose the M3 360LSE adhesive. Then, stick the label to any clean, dry surface for permanent adhesion.
Why should I use Inland Products custom aluminum labels?
Inland Products’ aluminum labels are highly durable and long-lasting. This is because they’re created with 0.020″ thick semi-rigid aluminum that’s digitally printed and protected with multiple transparent layers. Our digital printing process for metal labels, is a cutting-edge imaging system enabling us to digitally produce long-lasting, vibrant images on anodized aluminum. Utilizing state-of-the-art printing technology, we deposit inks with exceptional precision, resulting in clear, easy-to-read, vivid metal labels that are durable, scratch resistant and easy to clean.
How durable are these metal stickers?
Our digitally printed metal labels are highly durable. These labels are resistant to fading and cracking from extended periods of sunlight, and withstand harsh environments, including exposure to chemicals, abrasion, weather conditions, and other challenging factors. In contrast, they’re nothing like screen printed metal labels which are known to scratch off with the slightest exposure to abrasion.
In addition, our process provides a cleanable “graffiti proof” surface. You’re able to easily clean our printed metal labels using solvents and cleaning agents, allowing for the effortless removal of dirt, debris, and oil encountered during daily operations. Simply wipe the label clean to restore its original appearance.
What type of adhesive backing do you use on your metal sticker labels?
Metal labels with inexpensive adhesive backing are worthless! For this reason, Inland Products worked very closely with the world leader in adhesives, 3M Company, to help us choose the best, not the cheapest, adhesive for our metal labels. We told 3M we wanted an adhesive that would work reliably well on any clean, dry surface where it’s applied. So, 3M Company recommended their adhesive product that was twice the price of what we were using and what most of our competitors are still using today.
In the past, we used 3M #468 adhesive, but have now permanently switched to 3M 300 LSE as recommended by 3M. In doing so, it required us to change some of our manufacturing processes to accommodate it because this adhesive is so aggressive. However, we were more than happy to do that if it meant we could make a better label for you.
Bottom line – our metal aluminum labels will never come off!
What may I use your adhesive-backed aluminum labels for?
Logo Plates – Usually just a logo and little else printed on the label. So, they’re useful in marketing the brand of a product.
Brand Identification Labels – These custom metal labels usually display a logo and company information, such as an internet address, phone number, and address. In other words, they show any information identifying the brand of the product they’re applied to. Specifically, our ability to produce high definition full-color images on metal helps our customers establish consistent branding for their companies. And, we have graphic artists ready to help you refine your label layout to suit your needs.
Product Specification Labels – These are for conveying precise product specifications to purchasers or users of the manufacturer’s product.
Data Plates – Data plates are similar to product specification plates. However, they typically have more information on them. Also, they normally have blank fields for the user to stamp or engrave data into as needed.
Safety / Caution Labels – These labels are for identifying dangerous situations and instructing operators and users on how to safely operate equipment, vehicles, machinery and tools.
Instruction Labels – They’re for conveying instructions to the user or operator for the proper operation of equipment, vehicles, machinery, tools, etc.
Maintenance Labels – They are for providing maintenance instructions.
