Available Materials

Choosing the right material plays an important role in performance and appearance. Each metal we offer has unique advantages depending on your application.

Anodized Aluminum

If color-coding or branding is important, anodized aluminum is an excellent choice. Available in several colors, these tags are ideal for organizing systems, identifying departments, or matching corporate colors.

They are also lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and protected by a hard anodized surface that resists scratching.

Rotary engraving produces silver lettering, while laser engraving creates bright white text for strong contrast, especially on darker colors.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel offers the highest level of durability. It is extremely hard and highly resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for harsh environments.

Deep rotary engraving is easy to read, while laser marking produces dark brown lettering that stands out against the bright metal surface.

Two grades are available:

• Type 430 for most standard applications
• Type 304 for higher corrosion resistance and non-magnetic properties

Both fiber lasers and CO₂ lasers (with marking compounds) can be used on stainless steel.

Brass

Brass is known for its corrosion resistance and classic appearance. We offer both a decorative lacquer-coated finish and a more industrial tumbled option.

Rotary engraving creates deep, long-lasting markings, while fiber laser engraving produces dark brown text. (CO₂ lasers are not suitable for brass.)

Custom Sizes and Shapes

We can produce custom blanks in nearly any size or shape up to 24″ × 48″. For smaller runs, precision cutting is used. For high-volume orders, we can create stamping dies, allowing for faster production and lower per-piece costs.

This flexibility ensures you get exactly what you need without paying more than necessary.
