Is there a Minimum Order amount required?

On this website, there is a minimum order dollar amount of $100 on non-custom stock item blanks, hardware and accessories. On all engraved, custom and printed products, there is a $200 minimum order dollar amount required. Products have their own minimum quantity requirement. See the specific product page.

What are the expected Production Variations?

Please keep in mind that any and all mock-ups/proofs are digital renderings, and as such may result in the final product experiencing some variations.

Material colors, as well as mockup/proof colors, will vary. We do not guarantee color consistency and cannot match colors.

Is there an extra charge if each of my engraved tags will be engraved differently?

No, you’re only charged for the fact that it is an engraved order. This includes anything you need engraved on those tags. However, if you need the second side of the tag engraved as well, there is an extra charge for that. You’ll choose that in the product page when you’re creating your order.

What are your Lead Times?

  • In-Stock blanks, hardware and accessories orders usually ship in 1-2 business days, but may be subject to delays (see Delays in Lead Times below).
  • Custom blanks orders usually ship in 5 business days, but may be subject to delays (see Delays in Lead Times below).
  • All engraved orders usually ship in 5 business days, but may be subject to delays (see Delays in Lead Times below).
  • All digital printing orders usually ship in 5 business days, but may be subject to delays (see Delays in Lead Times below).

What about Delays in Lead Times, Shipping and Delivery?

Please contact us for ship date on critical deliveries. Delays in shipping, delivery and lead times may be experienced, due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in inventory levels, heavy workloads, delay or shortage of production materials, and other causes beyond our reasonable control, without any liability on Inland Products LLC’s part for delays.

If I choose faster shipping will my order be shipped immediately?

No, expedited shipping requests do not guarantee immediate shipment. Please contact us for ship date on critical deliveries. Please refer to the lead times above for expected amount of time needed to manufacture before shipping.

Where does Inland Products LLC ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally using USPS Priority or UPS. ALL INTERNATIONAL orders will incur an additional $25.00 International Documentation Fee.

What is the Return Policy?

All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted only with a prior authorization and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in most cases. Please see Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions for a full explanation on our return policy.

What if my order was lost in transit?

As a courtesy to our customers, orders that have been lost by shipping companies or the postal service will be replaced at a cost of only 50% of the original order.

Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined with the shipping company involved.
